[wap] KP（朝鮮）VPS体验

wap今天上架了朝鮮IP的VPS，注：開機需要1$初裝費用，所以總計2$/年
CPU容易爆滿，超開很多，不過幾塊錢玩玩咯
GitHub無法訪問是因爲朝鮮被制裁的原因。
會玩的買吧。
